Abstract: This study aims to identify and analyze leadership , motivation and work productivity ; leadership influence on the productivity of labor ; influence motivation to work productivity ; the influence of leadership and motivation to work productivity of employees at PT Bank Danamon in Ambon Analysis techniques are used to test the hypothesis is multiple Regression, method is using survey on 60 employees of PT Bank Danamon in the City The results showed that leadership and motivation positive and significant impact on employee productivity . But keep in mind that it is not 100 % . Motivation can explain the variation in labor productivity ( 57.5 % ) that need to be studied more in depth about other factors beyond leadership ability 42.5 % . While 89.5 % of leadership should be also studied more in depth about other factors beyond the ability motivation of 10.5 % . Leadership variable ( X1 ) has a significant positive effect on Work Productivity variable ( Y ) . This is indicated by the obtained t value of 10 761 , the results of this study support the first hypothesis ( H1 ) . Motivation variable ( X2 ) has a significant positive effect on Work Productivity variable ( Y ) . This is indicated by the t value obtained for 2692 , the results of this study support the second hypothesis ( H2 ) . Leadership variable ( X1 ) and motivation ( X2 ) significant positive effect on Work Productivity ( Y ) . This is indicated by the calculated F values obtained by 239.731 , the results of this study support the third hypothesis ( H3 ).
