| Abstract: | This study aimed to analyze about the government's fiscal capacity of Central Maluku, as well as its role in accelerating economic growth in the region. The analytical method used is 1). PAD elasticity to GDP, 2). Fiscal effort, 3). Fiscal Performance, 4) fiscal independence. The results showed that; PAD performance generally indicates the number is still low both in terms of financial capabilities and in terms of effectiveness, so that the necessary efforts of local authorities to optimize revenue from PAD to finance administration and regional development. |
