Abstract: The purpose of this study were to analyze how much influence the Leadership style (authoritarian style of Leadership, democratic leadership style,and style of leader is free) to increase the performance of employees of PT. Kimia Trading and Distribution Branch of Ambon. This study uses survey research is research that takes a sample from a population that existed at PT.Kimia farma Trading and Distribution Branch of Ambon and the use of questionnaires as the main data colletion tool,while the type of research is explanatory research or studies that examined the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing.the populition are employees of PT.Kimia Farma, Trading and Disrtibution Branch of Ambon, amounting to 30 people. Analytical techniques used in the study is a simple linear regression analysis. Based on this research it can be concluded that: Firsth the results of statistical analysis in this study found that the variables in the from of leadership style (authoritarian style, democratic, and free) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution Branch of Ambon second the study also found that variables other leadership style that have a significant influence on employee performance proved that leadership style contributed/contribution of 52.0% to changes in the performance of employees while the remaining 48% of the donation/contribution of other variables that are not observed in this study.
