Abstract: | This study stems from fluctuations that tend to decline in loan financing in the financial services providers . This research aims to improve the decision making services . Data were collected and analyzed using the Partial Least Square ( PLS ) . The study states that the impact differentiation of services positive on service excellence significantly . Service differentiation is positive and significant impact on service satisfaction . Effect Service excellence on satisfaction Services is positive and significant. Service excellence impact on Consuming Decision Service and significant positive The effect Service satisfaction on Consuming Decision Service is positive and significant. Limitations of the study be explored and develop for future research agenda. |
