Abstract: One of the potential sea ornamental fish to cultured is Mandarin fish (Synchiropus splendidus), a pattern and color of this fish make the hobbies interest to cultured. Feeding habit of this fish is more selective and passive, so just waits to catch the food for eating. The aim of this research was to know the effect of the different natural feed (Artemia sp. and Tubifex sp.) with the different dosage for Mandarin fish growth. This experiment use One Way Anova Analysis with the different treatment; (A: Artemia sp. 25% + Tubifex sp. 75%, B: Artemia sp. 50% + Tubifex sp. 50%, C: Artemia sp. 75% + Tubifex sp. 25%) The result showed that weight of mandarin fish in the treatment A increased from 0.4g to 0.72g; treatment B increased growth weight was from 0.4g to 0.70g; treatment C increased growth weights was from 0.4g to 0.70g. The specific growth rate of Mandarin fish for three weeks observations had shown that treatment A had high percentage (0,04 %, 0,07%, and 0,09 %) followed by treatment B (0,03%, 0,07%, and 0,08%,) and treatment C (0,03%, 0,07% and 0,08%). The Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) indicated that there was significantly difference (P<0.01).
