Abstract:	The Local Wisdom in Maluku serve as the basis in the process of information as well as law enforcement, consciously or not proved also find a variety of government policies that destroy or cultural values of local wisdom, culture, meaning that the law contains broad because it covers idea, hope, concepts and values that emerged from the experience of the life of a community or indigenous peoples. Studies of local wisdom certainly has strong links with the legal culture, because the internalization of values is a strong foundation for the law enforcement process and significantly better, so much local wisdom and rich life and thrive in society, especially indigenous peoples in Maluku, but today many of them have become extinct even have faded completely
