Abstract: Rice (Oryza sativa L ) is a staple food raw material that are vital to the people of Indonesia. Currently almost all parts of Indonesia paddy rice farming activities done, referred to in Maluku province. This study was conducted to see the effect of the factors of production and the level of efficiency in lowland rice farming in the village Savanajaya. Locations were selected intentionally (purposive). The data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. The analytical method used is multiple linear analysis and data envelopment analysis (DEA). The results showed that the simultaneous use of production factors of land, seed, NPK, urea fertilizer, liquid pesticides, pesticide and labor-intensive real impact on the amount of rice production. While the partial use of production factors that significantly affect the amount of production is land, seed, NPK, and labor while the factors of production of urea, liquid pesticides, and pesticide-intensive did not significantly affect the amount of rice production. Judging from the level efficiently, the research area 10% efficient DMU (CRS), 82.5% have not been efficient DMU (IRS) and 7.5% DMU inefficient, necessitating a review of the use of factors of production in order to use the factors of production used can be efficient.
