Abstract: Ngilngof village is a village cassava producing refined products and also as a tourist destination in Southeast Maluku. Therefore, by adding a source of family income, the villagers Ngilngof seeks to capitalize on cassava commodity as raw materials to meet the demand for the availability of food at tourist spots, as well as a souvenir (souvenirs) to the people who come to visit Southeast Maluku. The purpose of this study were to determine the characteristics of the business and to analyze the marketing of cassava products processed. This research was conducted in the village of Ngilngof, District Manyeuw Southeast Maluku District. Sampling was done by simple random sampling method for employers cassava were 40 respondents, and the methods for merchants as much as 7 respondents. The data collected in this study were primary data and secondary data. To know the characteristics of the business by using qualitative analysis, and to analyze marketing using qualitative and quantitative methods. The results showed that the business characteristics of cassava processing products including raw materials and auxiliary materials which can be obtained on the market. Venture capital using their own capital. Workers employed come from within the family are entrepreneurs themselves. While the technology used during the production process of cassava processing highly varied (traditional and modern). In addition, there are two marketing channels in marketing the product, namely: first, from the producer directly to consumers so that share margin obtained is 100 percent and second, from producers to retailers and then to consumers, the margin gained share is 83 percent.
