Abstract:	This study aims to look at the effect of motivation on learning outcomes and its impact on guidence services and counseling service for student learning at SMK 7 Padang. The population in this study were all students majoring in dance. Samples taken at random sampling simple way. The number of samples in this study were 37 students. Data taken by giving questionnaires and learning outcomes in though with sppss version 21. The result of the research shows that the average of the students learning motivation is outcome 102.6757 and learning outcomes 87. Therefore, it is suggested for the guiding teacher to increase their service to all students in order to motivate students in studying and developing themselves optimally.
