Abstract:	The Industry constructions entangle the many party in him which is each having different importanceing. The fair for the reason if having strong tendency to the happening of conflict between the partys in concerneds. If conflict happening hence herein after will emerge claims or demands from party which feel getting disadvantage. This Or claim demands as possible have to avoid because if happening usually harm many partys. The one of way of avoiding claim is given the factors causing incidence of the claim. This handing out will analyses factors causing incidence of claim and determine influence sequence ranking from each the factor. The analysis from the aspect of look into owner /contractor and , as party having tendency of high conflict enough, which living in Ambon. The finals of this handing out also will be embraced by opinion from owner and contractor hit the ways of effective to avoid the happening of claims.
