| Abstract: | Safety and health of employees working directly provide a secure feeling that employees can work without feeling pressured to conditions or circumstances surrounding it. In an effort to provide safety and occupational health is to provide protection for employees so that they can avoid the dangers that may result from the companys operations and in an effort to improve employee performance. This study aimed to identify the factors that influence the level of dominant occupational health and safety at PT. X Branch Moluccas and to investigate the influence of the dominant factors of safety and health on employee performance. This type of research is conducted survey research, where researchers observe in the data collection, the researchers simply record the data as it is, analyze and interpret data. The number of respondents 30 respondents. From the research, obtained the dominant factor influencing the level of safety and health of employees / PT technician area. X Branch Maluku. The dominant factor is the availability of equipment for work at the company anticipate accidents and lighting systems to support the work at night / dark. And based on the results of linear regression analysis, F test and t test that has been done shows that both independent variables were the dominant factor of the level of health and safety either jointly or partially (per variable) have a significant influence on the performance of employees / PT technician area.
