Abstract:	Muluku Province has had docks which serve only low weighted ships (<= 500 DWT). In order to increase dock-s capasity, we recommand a development of graving dock as an alternate dock type to server ships with weight between 500 to 1000 DWT. This research is conducted to determine the most better place as location to build the dock. According to 3 criteria and 11 sub criteria, the result show Talake Village as the right location which have superiority on population density, fuels source, fire station, and harbor supporting by lower level of sea depths, waves, earthquake, and degree of copper (Cu).
