Abstract: This study aims to determine the farmers income, the feasibility of arabica coffee (Coffea arabica) farming, marketing channel and marketing margin of each marketing agency in in Kamu Districts, Dogiyai Regency. This study used quantitative descriptive method to depict the condition of farmers and traders at the time of the study by analyzing marketing profit margin of Arabica coffee. Samples of each marketing agency involved in the Arabica coffee marketing activities were taken by using purposive sampling while simple random sampling was conducted at 15% from the total Arabica coffee households at the study site. This study was held from October to November 2012 and is located in the Kamu district, Dogiyai regency. The data collected was analyzed to determine the profit margin of each marketing agency. The results of the study showed that the average income of arabica coffee farmers during the harvest season is Rp 1,164,083.3 and the value of R / C ratio is 2.84. There are three models of arabica coffee marketing channels in the area of the study and the difference of marketing profit margin received by district traders and retailers is large enough, while for regency traders and provincial traders is extremely large due to the production process of powdered coffee and its packaging.
