Abstract: The Effectiveness of Partnership Between Cooperation and Euca- lypthus Distilling Farmers Group (A Case Study On -Citra Mandiri- Cooperation in namle, Buru regency). This research aims to describe the relationship pattern between cooperation and the eucalyptus distilling farmers group and to investigate the partnership effectiveness between the cooperation and the eucalyptus distilling farmers group in Namlea, Buru Regency. Data was collected through an interview with one eucalyptus distilling farmers group consist of 60 respondents. Primary data collection was related to the work performance of cooperation institution and the eucalyptus distilling farmers group, the relationship pattern between cooperation and the eucalyptus distilling farmers group and the effectiveness of partnership between cooperation and Eucalypthus distilling farmers Group. Data was analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. The result of the research reveals that the relationship pattern is a plasma core part- nership. The statistic test result using t-test shows that the partnership between cooperation and farmers group is extremely effective in improving the Eucalypthus distilling farmers Group income.
