Abstract:	General election as part of carried out people democracy during the time in the reality full of political intrigues and also ill defined importance, even tend to impinge invitation order which have agreed. Collision of itself can be conducted by participant, government and organizer which is facility alone. If traced because _, hence wrong of collision symptom is not substances consistently arranging concerning collision of itself, more than anything else if effect of the collision sanctioned by crime. From in perspective of criminal law is to protect importance of larger ones. Problem of is, do each; every collision to general election process must be finished by using crime sanction. In fact there is condition which need to be paid attention in course of straightening of law to collision of general election, namely the existence of balance, compatibility and compatibility between sense of justice inculcated by power legal of awareness with feeling of off the cuff law of people legal of feeling.
