Abstract: This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of role conflict and job stress on employee performance. Object of research at PT Bank Central Asia Main Branch Ambon. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. Variable dependent variable consisted of the performance and the independent variables that role conflict and job stress. With an analytical technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, the obtained results that role conflict and job stress has a significant impact on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. Based on the analysis, also found that among the variables role conflict and job stress were the most dominant influence on the performance of employees in Bank Central Asia is a variable role conflict. Thus PT. Bank Central Asia Main Branch Ambon expected to manage conflict and perceived stress employees and the employees themselves are required to be able to manage conflict and stress of work, in order to improve employee performance.
