Abstract:	Pest of corn stemborer is the most dominant destroying pest in corn cropping. The pest can destroy not only part of the corn stem, but also the part of crop leaves, flowers and even the cobs. Effects of the attack from this pest will cause the problem of nutrient translocation, which decreases the yield by 20 - 80 %. One way to control the pest of corn stemborers (Ostrinia furnacalis Guenee) is by biological control with the exploiting of microorganism pathogenic. This article aims to study the biological pest control of corn stemborer with the exploiting of fungi Beauveria bassiana and Metarhizum anisopliae. Exploiting efficacy of microorganism in overcoming the problem of crop pest can give much contribution in applying the Integrated Pest Management (PHT).
