Abstract:	This study aims to find out the performance management of Maluku Provincial Revenue. This study uses secondary data that form Reports Local Revenue Target and Realization of Maluku Province during the period 2005 - 2009, responsible Accountability Report 2009, and GDP Maluku Province from 2005 to 2009. The results shows that PAD Maluku Province experienced positive growth, Local Taxes dominate the PAD, PAD elasticity of GDP is very elastic, Fiscal Decentralization ratio is very less, the ratio of PAD is in the effective category. Much needed improvement of facilities and infrastructure to improve efficiency of tax collection, as well as increased socialization local taxes through electronic and print media, and enhancing efficient service.
