Abstract:	This research has aimed to analyse (1) the influence of motivation toward employee performance, and (2) the influence of job satisfaction toward employee performance. The research was conducted at private Bank's in Ambon City, especially to employees who work at Modern Bank, Danamon Bank, Artha Graha Bank, Central Asia Bank and Panin Bank. The population sample was 100 respondents with using cluster sampling method. Data collection was used questionnaire and interview, and data was analysed using descriptive statistic and multiple regression. The result show that motivation of work was positive and significant influenced toward employee performance, and job satisfaction was positive and significant toward employee performance.
