Abstract:	Cylas formicarius F. Is key pest on sweet potato. Pathogenicity Beauveria bassiana was studied in laboratory. The objective of this study was to determinate the pathogenicity of six isolates B. bassianan on C. Formicarius. Those isolates were WSY (Leptocorisa acuta from Yogyakarta), PE (Nezara viridula), HH (Hipotenemus hampei), XF (Xytrocera festiva), HA (Helicoverpa armigera), and WSBD (Leptocorisa acuta from Banyu Dono). In the laboratory every isolate was included to adult C. Formicarius. Each treatment used 20 adult and it was replicated five times. The pathogenicity of B.bassiana was determined based on mortality LC50 and LT50. The result of the study showed that PE isolate from Nezara viridula had highest pathogenicity with LC50 of 2.151 x 107 spora ml-1 and LT50 was 4.9 days.
