| Abstract: | Research aim to determine land suitability class for the development of peanut, have been conducted at Island Selaru dry land, Moluccas South-East West. Research of land suitability class has done a qualitative that is by checking off the quality of land with peanut conditions growth. Result of research indicated that, from 32,217 ha wide of land in Island Selaru, 19,330 ha (60.04 %) among entering in enough suitable class (S2), and 12,887 ha (39.96 %) including not suitable (N). Limiting factor of growth which found are nutrient retention, medium roots, flood danger and erosion danger. |
