Abstract: | This study aims to provide empirical evidence on the effect of the general allocation and revenue for Government Expenditures Central Maluku. This study used data revenue budget expenditures in 2005-2009, using simple and multiple linear regression. Simple regression analysis showed each separately, namely, the allocation of public funds and revenues significantly influence the shopping area. Statistically, comparing the value of R (R Square), and the value of t statistics, showing the influence of local revenue to shopping areas is stronger than general allocation. When these two factors simultaneously to Shopping diregres area, both also significant influences. Thus, in the regression model, it can be stated that the significance of the influence of local revenues to expenditures is stronger than the effect of the allocation of public funds to the shopping area. |
