| Abstract: | Autonomy of Area of UU No. 32 Year 2004 representing rights, authority and obligation of otonomous area to arrange and manage xself business of governance and importance of local society as according to legislation. In this UU autonomous authorization to Area of Regency and Area of Town relied on ground of decentralization executed widely, reality and hold responsible. Principle of autonomous Management area have to always beriorientasi of improvement of prosperity always pay attention to importance and aspiration which grow in society. Others the autonomous management area also have to guarantee compatibility of relation among other area, his meaning able to develop;build interregional cooperation to increase prosperity with and prevent interregional Iameness. Matter which do not less important that autonomy of area also have to able to guarantee compatible relation among area with central government. Original Earnings Area (PAD) one of source which must improving his growth, because PAD represent important indicator to fulfill mount finance-related governmental kemadirian. excelsior of Role of PAD to APBD hence progressively succeed the effort local government in defraying management of governance and area development. |
