Abstract:	In the current era of globalization is the level of competition faced by the business to be very tight and is frontal, and therefore need to think about efforts to consolidate andreform efforts in the firm. Consolidation is needed to better ensure that each componentinvolved in the entire chain of business activities are managed in a productive, thus increasing company productivity. This paper attempts to describe efforts to increase overall productivity by analyzing thecomponents associated components such as human resources, material, money,machinery / equipment, environmental facilities, and working methods as well asanalyzing the chain of business activities including suppliers, inputs, process, output and customer (SIPOC). Several opportunities increase overall productivity can be achieved through the concept SIPOC namely: Increased Product Value services, Quality Improvement Quality Integrated Work Attitude Improvement, Quality Improvement Work, Improved Material Utilization, Increasing Utilization of Equipment, Quality Assurance andImprovement.
