| Abstract: | Human rights are a set of rights attached to nature and human existence as creatures of God Almighty and His grace is that must be respected, upheld and protected by the state, law, government and everyone for the respect and protection of dignity and worth. Human rights are rights granted by God, but no individual or institution has the authority to revoke the rights granted by God. Legal protection of the rights of indigenous peoples in the province of Maluku in the management of forest resources is an integral part of the protection of universal human rights. |
