Abstract:	Aim of this study is to analyze pre-eminent commodities and macro economic factors in agriculture sector in Maluku Province. Data used in this research is secondary data with length of time 2005-2011. Research method that used in this study is revealed comparative advantage (RCA) and ordinary least square (OLS). The result of this research shows that agriculture sector has preeminent commodities in sub sectors. The first of all is crop of food sub sector has an eleven commodity, the second is marine and fishery sub sector. But if we seen from the contribution of export, marine and fishery sub sector is the greater contributor 45 % from total export commodity form marine, with OLS method the result is all variable that used in the model has significant effect to the value of export commodity. Interest rate and inflation rate has a negative direction and labor variable has a positive direction to the value of export commodity.
