Abstract: The purpose of this study was to describe the management aspects of cajuput oil refining business and to analyze the income from cajuput oil refining business “Charisto Henfelin” cooperative. Primary data collection was done by observation, structured interview, and documentationwhile secondary data was obtained through the study of documents in related agencies and supporting data as references such as books, theses and internet data. The analysing method used in this study was qualitative analysis to describe the aspects of management and quantitative analysis tocalculate the total cost, revenue and business income.The results showed that the management of cajuput oil refining business “CharistoHenfelin” cooperative in the aspects of production, marketing and administration from planning to evaluation has not been donein writing and has not been continuously. The revenue of cajuput oil refining business “CharistoHenfelin” cooperative is of Rp1,677,567average per month and Rp. 20,130,805per year. Based on research results Charisto Henfelin cooperative in developing a business needs the role of chairman with all members by paying attention to the existing management aspects so to help increasing the revenue of cajuput oil refining business Charisto Henfelin cooperative.
