Abstract:	Transport and distribution sediment caused variation in shape and size as well as component material of sediment in waters. The aim of the research was sediment distribution in Indramayu Bay waters. Sediment statistic method was used to analyze sediment distribution and energy fluxs method was used to analyze transport rate sediment. The results indicated that sediment distribution in Indramayu Bay generally was dominated by small size namely silt and clay. Sorting was very well sorted; skeweness was almost symetrical and very coarse skewed; and kurtosis was very platikurtik. While the near shore small size sediment was dominated, but other part of the land was dominated by large size (medium - coarse sand).
