| Abstract: | The aim of this research is to analysis factors determining and intensity of delay project, the importance level and also know factors level cause of construction project delay at Makassar. Sampel with Simple Random Sampling and Validity test done with internal method of correlation method validity of Product Moment. For instrument reliabilitas by using technique of alpha cronbach. Path Analysis used to know influence level of factors cause of project delay. Research result show according to Responder Contractor, Picture indicator/ specification of wrong plan /incomplete ( X2.1) most determine (agreing level 92%) and intensity level highest (agreing level 89%) to project delay. According to responder Owner, Mobilization Resource ( materials, appliance, labour) tardy ( X4.a) most determine (agreing level 95%) and indicator Many work results which must improve and to be repeated because construction errors (X5.c) highest in intensity (agreing level 70%) to project delay. Factors level cause of delay with Path Analyisis that is according to Responder Contractor, Variable of X1 (Aspect Planning and Scheduling of Work) having an effect on biggest for scale to determine and Variable of X2 (Aspect Scope and Document Work) having an effect on biggest for the scale of intensity. According to Responder Owner, Variable of X3 (Organizational Aspect System, Coordination and Communications) having an effect on biggest for scale to determine and Variable of X4 (Aspect of Readiness/preparation of Resource) having an effect on the biggest for the scale of intensity. |
