Abstract: The research and study cover a theoretical discussion and empirical study on factors determinant of consumer satisfaction with the case studyinPTofStateSavingBank(PERSERO)Tbk basedonprimarydateoffiftyforthrespondens.Theresearchemploysthe multiple regretion approach by applying the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method with Diagnostic Test. The Diagnostic Test employs to show that the estimation model is the BestLinear Unbiased Estimator (BLUE). The research results of validity test indicate that the all items used to calculate the research variables have to correlation coeficient more than r table = 0.268, and than are valids. On the other hand, the results of reliability test indicate that cronbach alpha value more than 0.6, expect convidence variable, but can be say that all calculate concept of the variables from the couitionare are reliables. The base on results of estimation regretion indicate that consumer satisfaction are effected significantly by X1, X2, and X3 variables. But, X4 and X5 variables does not significantly affect the consumer satisfaction.On the other hand, the results of diagnostic test shows that the estimation model are BLUE and succesfull of the all diagnostic test.
