| Abstract: | The purpose of this article is to try to provide a descriptive explanation of agency theory problems and solutions in Islamic banking agency theory problems that occur. Described concept includes agency theory along with the resulting asymmetry of information, good corporate governance, and Islamic banking as a research subject. Conclusions of this study are be developed human resources at the micro level in order to improve the quality of management and the level of knowledge and skill of bank managers. |
