Abstract:	The research aim was to analyze the effects of difference water volume to the oxygen consumption of Nile tilapia Oreochromis sp. juvenile. The fish used in this research was juvenile of 35 days. They were kept in the 3 freshwater chambers. Every chamber contained five fishes. The research consisted of three treatments as follow: (A) 1,5 Liters, (B) 3 Liters and (C) 4,5 Liters. The results showed that the highest oxygen consumption of Nile tilapia Oreochromis sp. juvenile was in treatment C 0,05 mg O 2 /gr body weight/hour. It was suggested that oxygen consumption increased with high water volume.
