Abstract: This study aims to determine the level of consumer preferences towards beef products processed it he Manokwari city. The research Method used is descriptive method with interview techniques and observation, while the subject of is the consumers who consumer beef products processed in Manokwari city. The results showed spreads on consumer preference of processed beef products being offered and clustered at the level of income. Consumers have a high preference on meat ball because the price is cheap and young obtained. The product is recommended for the production of sausages in the city of Manokwari at a cheap price, so it can be consumed by all levels of society from different income brackets. Practical benefits received power is the main reason consumers in consuming processed beef products.
