Abstract: Inceptisol soil used in this study is one type of soil that has problems, with very low availability of N, P, and K elements, has low pH (value of 5.0 or acidic). Increased soil productivity can be done only through an act of fertilization. Fertilization efficiency is determined by the type, method and dosage of appropriate and balanced fertilizers. Field research has been done to study the effect of Sago Pith Waste Bokashi and ABG Flower and Fruit Fertilizer on the N-availability, N-uptake and corn yield (Zea mays L.) on Inceptisols. This field research was conducted in the country Hatu, Leihitu sub district, Central Maluku District from April to October 2010. Analysis of soil and plants (N-available and N uptake) were conducted at the Laboratory of Soil Chemistry, Soil Research Institute Bogor. Treatments were designed in a factorial experiment in randomized block design in which the first factor Sago Pith Waste bokashi consisting of 4 dose levels: 0-5-10-15 ton ha -1 and fertilizers ABG fruit-flower consisting of 4 dose levels: 0-1-2-3 ml l -1 using 3 replications. The result of this research showed that application of Sago Pith Waste Bokashi independently increased the available-N in the soil Inceptisol and growth of corn (height of the plant). ABG Flower-Fruit fertilizer independently increased N-available soil Inceptisol. The combination of Sago Pith Waste Bokashi together with ABG Flower - Fruit fertilizer increased N uptake of plants from 2.14 to 2.39%, and yield of corn (dry seed weight) from 18.00 to 66.00 g plant -1.
