| Abstract: | The general election system based proportional representative open list system and the combined majority formulation arranged in laws No. 10, 2008, powerless found to capable parliament, if political party could not have qualified indicators to promote of the candidate parliament. Based on the above system, the next general election should be carried out based on the district system (majority) in order that they could get more competitive chance in developing better and open democracy. |
