| Abstract: | Different concentration of GA3 and sucrose were applied to stimulate the growth of gloxinia (Siningia speciosa) in vitro. There were four levels of GA3 respectively 4, 6, 8 and 10 mg/L and three levels of sucrose, 30, 40 and 50 g/L, respectively applied. The results show that the application of 4 mg/L (6 MST) and 6 mg/L (10 MST) GA3 tend to increase the number of leaf produced. However, both GA3 and sucrose cannot increase percentage of buds growth, leaf growth and the number of buds on gloxinia. |
