Abstract: Chronic renal failure is process damage of kidney during spanning time more than three months. Chronic renal failure can generate simtoma that is accelerateing glomerular filtrasi reside in under 60ml/menit/l.73 m2. This Studi aimd to determine the relationship of risk chronic renal failure at RSUD, Dr. M. Haulussy Ambon 2015. The design of the study is an observational analytic desain case control study where risk factor studied by using approach ofretrospektif Amount ofsampel in this research is 96 people consisting 48 cases and 48 control. The results that a diabetes mellitus OR= 5, 134 (CI= 2, 114 - 12,471), hypertension OR= 6,600, (Cl= 2,699- 16,137), obesity OR= 4,012 (CI= 1,715 - 9,386), dan family history OR= 2, 714 (CI 1, 101 - 6,693), it is a risk factor Chronic renal failure. Conclusion of this study is that diabetes mellitus, hypertension,. obesity family history is a risk factors of chronic renal failure incidient. Recommended in patients with diabetes mellitus, must be take control blood sugar and patients with hypertension routinely examined blood pressure natural responder [of] obesitas, to take care of ideal body to weight, and responder which [is] family history mernilki experience healthy life pattern, to avoid chronic renal failure incidence
