Abstract:	Due to its economic value, increasing on sea cucumber capturing massively happened (even in traditional way) both in Negeri Porto and Warialau Village. The needs of sustainability management based on â€œSasiâ€ was the background of this research. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to assess the sea cucumber fishery and the efficiency of the performance of the sasi in both locations. This study was conducted from February to May 2008, using the method of interviewing the respondents who purposively taken. The results on Negeri Porto showed that there are decrease on annual size and amount of sea cucumber catch. On economic level, sea cucumber fishery on this area located on Medium-Cheap Economic Level.The results on the analysis of â€œSasiâ€ Performance showed that the state of Negeri Porto is in the Medium Category while Warialau Village is in the High Category.
