Abstract:	Lola snail is a coastal resources that have high economic value. Lola snail shell buttons can be harnessed into semi-finished products. Environmental stress causes changes in an organism's habitat in coastal areas. This study aims to empower communities through the utilization of lola snail shells into semi-finished products. This research was conducted at May to September 2015 in Sirisori Islam village. The first stage of this study is using cage culture systems to enlargement lola snail seed. Second is design and manufacture of shell cutters into semi-finished button products. Data collection through observation or direct observation and socialization at the study sites. Data analysis using descriptive analysis. Results indicated that cage culture systems and lola shell processed machine were very effective and efficient in efforts to manage lola snail resources.
