Abstract: The purpose of this research was to determine histopathology conditions of Cyprinus carpio. L based on 72 hours cultured time LAS exposure. The method used is experiment by laboratory exploration accordance to molecular studies. Experimental design used was completely randomized design (CRD) with LAS treatment are 0.01, 0.02, 0.03, 0.04, and 0.05 mg/L and control. The parameters observed were the expression of inducible nitric oxide shynthase (iNOS) in cranial kidney tissue of Cyprinus carpio. L, the time of observation refers to the toxicity research procedure is 72 hours LAS exposure. Detection of iNOS in cranial kidney tissue of Cyprinus carpio. L was carried out by immunohistochemical methods. T-test results showed that iNOS expression at each treatment LAS exposure was significantly higher (P <0.05) than controls. The mean value of iNOS expression in control cells was 5.00%, a 17.5% cell treatment, treatment B 21.25% of the cells, the cells treated C 21.25%, 19.00% D treatment of cells, and treatment E 20, 5% of the cells.
