Abstract:	Fish resources of seagrass bed in Waai Village has been studied on May to August 2014. Around 34 fish species were found in this seagrass bed. Meanwhile, demersal and pelagic fish groups, as well the consumption fish with economic value have high species richness, fish abundance and biomass found at mobile water ebb period. The potential of economically valuable consumption fish is found high at mobile water ebb, while the potency of ornamental fish were higher at mobile water tide period. The potency of pelagic fish more higher than demersal fishes. There are no existed differences of fish abundance for mobile water tide and water move ebb at seagraass area with higher and lower density. Diversity of fish species were higher for total mobile water tide and water move ebb periods with lower species dominance, and species evenness of fishes at not steady state. Five management directions were formulated to manage the fish resource and seagrass habitat.
