| Abstract: | One of the main principles of the process of making the product in conventional production machinery and automation is the minimization of the time and cost of production. The calculations were carried out in the writing is done on the detail element in the process of making conventional lathes standard. Product material is ST-37. Cutting process using a HSS cutter. Thus, from the provisions of the standard can be determined and calculated parameters can meminilasasi time and cost of production, among others; Non-Production Time (TNP) = 1200 second, Tool life for the Minimum Cost (Tc) = 1177 second, Tool life for production time minimum (Tp) = 6300 second, cutting speed for minimum production time and costs (Vp) = 0.73 m / s, the cost of the New Cut (Ct) = Rp.28000, round (n) = 30.02 rpm, time of production (tm) = 19.94 minutes. Thus, the average production cost for this component is (Cprod) = Rp.360, 896. |
