Abstract: In Maluku region climate change have been happened due to the effect of global warming impact. Climate change will give a sustain impact on the change of growing season. Therefore, a research was conducted to determine the trend of rainfall change in Maluku region with the bimodal pattern of rainfall, and growing season change because of rainfall change. Trend of rainfall change was determined by algebra average technique, and growing season was determined by using FAO method. Research showed that rainfall in the period the last 30 years have been decrease of gradually compared to period the previous 30 years. Annual rainfall tended to decreased about 9,1 %, and the dry season rainfall (June-November) decreased of around 14,4%, where as during the wet season rainfall ( December-May) decreased about to 7,8%. Rainfall change between both period will influence to the change of growing season, where the last growing season was 19 days faster than the previous period.
