Abstract: The objectives of the research were to know the fruit consument characteristic and factors that were influencing fruit consumer purchasing power. Descriptive analysis method was used in this research. The aim of the descriptive research was to descript systematically about the facts and population characters. A Simple Random Sampling was used as method to take a sample of consumer. Sixty fruit consumer at Cibinong traditional market were sampled. Secunder data was got from related institution. To know the fruit consumer behavior a regression correlation method was used to analysis the data. The aimed of the descriptive research was to figure out systematically about the facts and population characters. Consument samples technique was used Simple Random Sampling method. Such 60 respondences at Cibinong traditional market were asked as sample randomlly. Secunder data were gotten from local relatated institutional . To know factors that were influenced consument behaviour, the regresion corelation method was used. The result were shown the characteristic consument at Cibinong traditional market mostly housewife with average age 25 - 35 year with High school level of education, have enough knowledge about nutrition and healt awarness. The factors that were influenced the preference level of fruit consumer involve, level of education, income, available fruit in the market, age of the consumer, present fruit price, the knowledge about useful of the fruit, amount of the fruits were bought, budgeting, numbers of the family, shopping frequency and social status.
