Abstract: Provinces in the East Indonesian that consist of many island and the large sea with the potensial of fishing resources to purpose and to increase the publics income. Indeveloping fishery production, neded many fasilities for fishing vessel/fishing boat to optimalizing the operation system and working process todefend and increase the quality also texture of fish and another catching product. In using catching product, Tuna fish and Cakalang has the high economic value to increase regional income also countries in general; but now the fishing ground is far from fishing port also from area of fisherman, that they needs long time and long trip to find the fishing ground and the consequences is thequality of catching product well be decrease. Base on this problem, the fishing company needs a model to handle it by making andsetting the Refrigerant system in this area ( Fishing Ground ) such : Barge with Refrigerant system( Referigeration at sea or floating Refrigeration ). The Facilities of this units such as :Ice Flaker.Cold Storage, Brine Freezer / Immersion freezer, Chilling and Packaging Room,Contact Plate Freezer, etc Bese on the above statement, the title of this title is : The water supply to the barge Referigeration system/ floating Referigeration to maintain the quality of catching product ( Fish Product ) in catch handling and transportation is highly recomended.
