Abstract: Hospital Dr.M. Haulussy Outpatient services have Emergency Installation (IRD) facilitated to provide emergency medical treatment to the public (patients) for 24 hours, with the IRD philosophy of "speed in providing relief to the appropriate level of emergency patients regardless of their socio-economic, religious, racial will reduce mortality and disability.
