Abstract:	This research have been done entitle, larva density analysis of culicidae and anophelidae mosquito in their habitat, in the Kamarian Countryside, Kairatu Subsdistrict, in Seram Bagian Barat Regency. This research was done on September until October 2010. The observation used observation method in descriptive through observation and sampling mosquito larva on the inside and outside rooms of habitats. Then analyze mosquito larva density and identify mosquito genus in the inside and outside rooms. Based on the observation showed that average of mosquito larva density in the inside room with total 7,4 individual/habitat places. But in outside room with total 3,6 individual/habitat places. Mosquito genus which identify in the inside room such as Aedes, culex and Anopheles which dominant is Aedes genus whereas in the outside room such as Anopheles, culex and Aedes which dominant is Anopheles genus. This result observation showed that mosquito larva in the inside room more than highly from outside room.
