Abstract: The learning process blocks associated with neuropsychiatric and musculoskeletal experts take the form of lectures, lab, lab skills, tutorial discussions and plenary lectures and self-study. Learning process that is applied as a learning process that uses the integration method in which there are multiple systems and learning blocks include block system. Another learning strategy is to use case scenarios designed to encourage students to learn more actively and independently as well as trying to find a solution to the case with a scientific approach. Hopefully, by the teaching assistant, they can guide her sisters in the anatomy lab, counseling theories, and giving response so as to motivate learning anatomy and thus can increase the value of the theory test and practical anatomy. The goal is to determine students' perceptions of the performance assistant anatomy Pattimura University School of Medicine (Unpatti) Ambon and to compare the results of theory and practical exams biomedical anatomy class 2 students 2012 before assisting with post-assistance activities carried out.
