Abstract: | The Mathematical model is one of the models applied in mathematics that has a role to study more about the dynamism of a system. The mathematical model of cancer chemotherapy is important in studying the characteristics of the cancer and its treatment. Each of the variables used in the mathematical models of cancer chemotherapy, such as cancer cells, immune cells, lymphocytes cells and the concentration of chemotherapeutic drugs can be simulated using Matlab Software. Mathematical models of cancer chemotherapy can be changed in linear terms first and converted into Matlab variables, with assuming the variables dose of the drug as optimization variables that affecting other variables. The visualization results of each variable in Mathematical model produced in the form of a graph or trajectory can be easier to analyze the characteristics of each variable. So, it can help to facilitate decision-making in the treatment of cancer. |
