Abstract: Teaching methods are usually applied in a clinical study using real patient and the particular case. Application of this technique is effective for strengthening the process of learning clinical skills in students. Learning with bedside teaching can hone the skills of micro (micro skills) which include a commitment, proving the underlying reasoning, knowledge of general rules, and giving positive feedback, as well as the error correction process. Fifth micro skills are an important skill to hone competencies especially in the clinic. There is an emphasis on teaching clinical skills necessary for the development of bedside clinical teaching in the learning process. Bedside teaching is a teaching method which is considered to be effective as long as it has a lot of those who claim that learning with simulated patients sometimes do not correspond to real practice. In relation to the application of the learning cycle (learning cycle), through learning by teaching methods through the Bedside, a medical student or a medical professional in the clinical setting to practice the theoretical knowledge which he got before and develop yourself from someone who is unconscious incompetence (do not know - notable) to conscious competence (know-able) inconscious even competence (do not know-able).
